Description
Hi my name is Matt we raise quail for eggs and meat. Quail lay over 300 eggs per year, and quail do not carry salmonella like chickens do. From hatching to laying eggs or freezer in 6-8 weeks. Quail are beautiful birds small in size but big in protein like steak. Eggs are healthier by weight over chicken eggs. Best part of all you can have males and females in a residential area and do not need a lot of space 3.5 birds per square foot cage. Our jumbo quail weight 13- 15 ounces at 12 week's old. We have silver, Caledon, white, wild brown, and Italian.
we also have hatching eggs
