Would anyone be able to find out "what, exactly?" will this new bldg b

There is a huge, beautiful, brand new, building almost done being built, on Civic Center Drive, in Santa Ana, Ca., and I have been trying to find out what it will be used for, but I have nit been able to find out on the internet, since i suspect that there is something wrong with my internet ( i have noticed a great deal of limitations very often, and i really dint know gow to improve it.). So, I have taken a couple of pictures of the new building and i am posting them here, in hopes that others are more successful at finding out what this building shall be used for. Please, i am bot asking just "anybody" to respond, and i dont wish to cause anyone any distractions, or anything such as any type of "conflict" and neither is tgis intended to warrant any negative thoughts or any disagreement or anything offensive...
