Looking for insured Handyman with Basic Plumbing skills

I have an aquarium plant lodged in my toilet. I'm look for a handyman that knows basic plumbing. I need to remove the toilet and get the plant out of the pipes. This requires you to have a shop vac and snake. Pay is $100. I have all the equipment. Only reputable handyman please.
