I am a landlord and often (not a steady thing) need a helper with maintaining my properties. Sometimes only for four hours, sometimes a full day, some weekdays, some weekends. If you'd like to be on my standby list please email me your information and tell me a little about yourself. I pay 15.00 hour paid at the end of the day in cash, Zelle, venmo, or paypal. As projects come up I'll be reaching out to schedule helpers usually several days in advance of a given project. I anticipate many projects in the coming months.
