We are seeking an individual to mow our lawn twice a month from now until late summer/early fall. We are located in the Upper Hill/Polish Hill/North Oakland area, and we are looking for someone to begin as soon as possible. Gig Description and Info: - We have a half acre property that is 70% on a hillside. It generally takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to mow. - We will need the lawn to be mowed twice a month with the possibility of additional mow days as requested and agreed upon. - Schedule is totally flexible - come whenever works for you. - Self-propelled push mower and fuel will be provided. Gig Requirements: **This is a strenuous and physically demanding job. Individual must be able bodied enough to operate a self-propelled push mower on a steep hillside!!
