Eco-Chic, a landscape industry leader with an environmental focus, is hiring crew leaders to join our growing team. Qualifications: Prior landscape experience 1+ years of supervisory or management experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles, trucks, and trailers Has the ability to walk, kneel, bend, and lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions    A day in the life of a Crew Leader at Eco-Chic: Supervising a 1–3-person crew Overseeing the delivery of landscape services Problem solving and troubleshooting Ensuring safety at the work site Performing various landscape duties such as: Planting, transplanting, pruning, weeding, pest monitoring, fertilization, watering, site clean-up, and all other plant health care and maintenance function assigned. Installation of hardscape projects like patios, walkways, retaining walls, seat walls, etc. using a wide range of materials. Installation of plant materials. Transporting personnel and materials.
