This job involves everything from property maintenance to construction, and everything in between. Mow, weedeat, blow, pull weeds Prune/plant/remove trees, shrubs, and grasses Fertilize/Spraying Pressure wash Install/maintain erosion controls (silt fence, erosion control fabric, rock-check dams, etc.) Install/maintain mulch rings around trees and in flower beds Hydroseed application Weed flower beds Operate equipment (skidsteer, trencher, chainsaw, etc) Clean gutters Wipe down/wash kayaks, tubes, floats, etc Seal/stain/paint Light Construction Clean windows Equipment maintenance Wash vehicles Knock down cobwebs/wasp nests Truck/trailering materials/equipment Preferred, not required: CDL Experience with paver installation, fencing, irrigation, and rock work Must: - have a valid drivers license - show up to work everyday - be able to operate mowers, weedeaters, blowers, saws - be motivated - be an communicate effectively - be drama-free Benefits available after 90 days (IRA retirement, Paid time Off, Medical Insurance) Starting pay is $19/hour for an experienced person
