Searching for music studio lockout

Hello! Myself and a few other producers/musicians are searching for a 24 hour studio lockout near North Hollywood. We are looking for an empty room that we can fill with our own equipment. Hoping to find a room big enough for band rehearsal and a small studio setup, maybe 12’ by 12’ or so. If you’re able to steer us in the right direction & we find a spot, I’ll hook you up with free studio time or video/photography work! Thanks!
