CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS Haulers and Moving Helpers JOB REQUIREMENTS You must have a car and be able to drive to our Yard in Granite Hills 92019 Must be "on-call" and last-minute jobs will happen! Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Hours and schedule may vary as the company continuously accepts reservations from clients. You will be paid a minimum of 4 hours for any job that you work, even if it only takes 1 hour to complete. We pay Double-Overtime if you work more than 8 Hours in a day or if you work over 40 Hours in a week. PAY and Duties Haulers starting pay is $14 per hour with guaranteed tips of $6 per hour. The Haulers help load the dump trailers and work primarily hauling jobs but fill in when needed with moves. Moving Helper starting pay is $14 per hour with guaranteed tips of $10 per hour. The Helpers are responsible for working Packing and/or Moving jobs. Must be excellent at customer service, communicate with your team and the customer, be able to lift heavy weight and work long hours. Hauling Drivers starting pay is $14 per hour with guaranteed tips of $10 per hour. Hauling Drivers are responsible for running hauling jobs with a Pickup Truck and Trailer. Moving Drivers starting pay is $14 per hour with guaranteed tips of $16 per hour. Moving Drivers are responsible for running Packing and Moving Services, including driving, loading, managing crew, walkthru's with customers, paperwork and collecting payment of services. Our workers meet at Superior Movers Yard at 9:30 am and that's when their clock starts. We expect our crews to get to their customers home between 10:00-10:30 am so that the customer has more time to be ready. Their clock ends when they return back to Superior Movers Yard and they finish getting the moving truck ready for the next day. Our customers pay for your guaranteed gratuity. We know you work hard, so we make sure you are paid a real living wage! Bonuses and raises are given out to workers based on customer service performance.
