We're a growing ecological landscape design/build/maintenance company and are seeking great men and women to fill several positions, both in general landscaping/installation and fine gardening. Previous experience is NOT necessary (though very helpful and will immediately lead to higher pay), and on-going training will be provided. Our crews make a percentage of the revenue they generate and are paid on performance, allowing for much higher pay than the average landscaping company. We're unusual in that we work hard to pay our team as much as possible. The professional development and compensation of our awesome staff is a priority for us as a company.
