Boots Too Small

I'm homeless. My shoes are 1 size too small for me. They have given me blisters on my feet and pain in left shin. I'm going to the hospital today to get my shin checked out. Found job in Oregon with traveling construction company. Got my bus ticket, leave at midnight. If anyone has some old but still usable shoes or work boots size 13 they would be willing to part with, I would appreciate it. It's not a size you readily find in thrift stores or charitable clothe offerings. Thanks
