I am a small business with a fleet of 1 car. I am expecting to add another car in the near future.
Candidate is responsible for managing the car which include the following tasks:-
After rental car is returned
1. Clean car (interior and exterior) and upload before and after pictures.
2. Inspect and if applicable, report any damages
3. Recharge car at a public EV charger, if needed
4. Coordinate repairs with insurance and dealership, when needed.
5. Perform maintenance like checking and adding washer fluid as needed.
After rental car is picked up
1. Respond to customer text messages
2. If car is damaged or stolen during a trip, visit location, file police reports and coordinate with police, insurance and dealership to repair or recover the car.
Other responsibilities:
1. Receive registration stickers, pay car registration fees, apply stickers to car, when needed
2. Deliver and pickup car to and from various customer locations in San Francisco, when needed
3. Visit DMV, dealership or other locations for car related issues, when needed
4. Report tasks performed per week and get paid every 2 weeks for completed tasks
5. Receive mail correspondence from DMV, insurance or dealership/repair shop.
