We need to till the land, plant fruit trees/flowers and cut lawns and yard cleaning. 2) Plumbing to sneak out and install new house traps, hydro jet drain lines, p traps and bath and kitchen drains 3) Carpenter to replace joists/repairs/ misc. jobs 4) HVAC guy to take care of heating and cooling issues 5) Electrician to take care of minor repairs and replacement 6) Pavers to add and maintain driveways/Asphalt and concrete patio 7) Mason to repair brick work/construct retaining walls/flooring 8) Cleaning person to work after evening or weekends. 9) Handyman to help in general maintenance in evening to take urgent calls.
