remove carpet and polish concrete

I need someone to pull up all the carpet and polish and seal the concrete underneath. I don’t know what the concrete looks like underneath. You will probably have to supply most of your own tools. Ideally, I’d like it really, really smooth, like you see at home depot or lowes.
