HELP. Need to move pool equipment. Photos.

I need/want to move my pool equipment about twenty feet, around the side of my house. The attached photos should explain most/all of it. Electrical will stay in same place (on the wall) and I'll have Suburban Propane move the propane line. I can pull a permit, but not sure it's even needed. Just want it done to professional standards. The last guy was a hack, left that dark glue everywhere. Looks like garbage to me.
