Maintenance Responsibilities and Qualifications: The apartment maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Primary Responsibilities: Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
