A Largo located manufacturer that makes closet components & panels is hiring for a Shop Helper to join their team. The responsibilities of this position include loading/unloading, sorting, lifting, and helping out with labor as needed. You will be cross trained on wood working machines including Edge bander and Vertical Drill Machines. Our ideal candidate has the ability work hands on and stand for long periods of time. Someone who is willing to learn and pick up on new tasks is necessary. Experience with woodworking is a plus! Candidate must be able to commit to the schedule and have reliable transportation. Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm - no weekends Qualifications: -Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience -Have to be eager to learn and be a team player -Must be physically able to lift, bend, and pickup material -Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time -Reliable transportation Starting pay: $16.00 per hour with performance based increases after the probationary period.
