WHAT: The Executive and Legislative Branches of City Government have formed a government working group that is collaborating with a working group of community and nonprofit leaders on citywide actions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Wilmington COVID-19 Community Mobilization Group(C19CMG) is a consortium of more than 20 community-based organizations under the leadership of the Wilmington Community Advisory Committee (WCAC).
