Growing tree service and commercial landscaping company looking for an experienced candidate who is able to drive a boom or chipper truck with a chipper in tow. Please don't apply if you only want to drive since you will be required to do tree service work as well which would be doing grounds work, tree trimming, and removal. Ideally, I would like the candidate to have experience in the tree service industry with knowledge in proper tree trimming, removal, and groundsman experience. A climber with a CDL license would be a big plus. You must be willing to learn how to use all our company equipment such as our spider lift and boom truck. The driver must have proper licensing and be experienced in driving for this position. Will also consider tree climbers who are able to get their CDL license. Must-Have: - 1+ yrs driving commercial vehicles w/ tow behind - CDL A or B license, willing to work with candidates in the tree industry to obtain this if experienced - Driving record with no more than 1 minor infraction Nice to Have: - Intermediate or expert tree climbing experience - Intermediate or expert tree industry experience - Certifications such as boom truck worker, tree worker, and arborist This job is 5 days / 40 hrs per week. There is no overtime unless I approve it for large projects. The company is growing so this could lead to a more challenging position in the future.
