Schools in uptown Manhattan are seeking Part-time Maintenance Workers The ideal Maintenance Worker will maintain a clean and professional work environment within the buildings with minimal supervision; Gather and empty trash, vacuum, steam-clean and/or shampoo carpets as well as sweep, mop, strip, seal, finish, and/or polish floors, etc. Must meet all requirements ◾Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent ◾Must have two years of RECENT cleaning experience ◾Must be able to work part-time (30 hours weekly) ◾Eligibility is based on providing proof of vaccination and TB examination.
