Low Cost Spay/Neuter or Rehoming Dog

Does anyone know of low cost spay/neuter in the Bronx? Living with my mother atm and of her four dogs, two are unneutered males and one is a female in heat. Males are going off the walls. I haven't slept in three days and the stress of their whining/barking all day long is going to force my hand into taking the female dog to animal control on Saturday. Don't want to do that but cannot live with this level of stress and sleep deprivation. I've checked low cost options like The Toby Project and the ASPCA one, but neither have anything planned and the vet wants waaaay to much for the spay. Also gave me a date for over a week from now, and I can't wait more than another day or two to have this dog either removed from the house or spayed. Also open to rehoming this dog. She's a 6yo purebred Beagle, good with other dogs & kids. We're in the Morris Park section of the Bronx.
