305 Fitness with Meg at Emphico! We already know Meg Donnarumma. Meg is personal trainer, 305 fitness, POUND®instructor and SweatNET ambassador and she is going to teach 305 fitness class at Emphico. When? Saturday May 21st 10:15am About Meg: Megan Donnarumma started her fitness journey by becoming a certified Pound instructor 5 years ago. Her love of music and dance also led her to become a 305 Fitness certified instructor. Most recently, she has completed her certification and is now a personal trainer. She's a new SweatNET ambassador which gives her the opportunity to showcase all that Pittsburgh health and wellness has to offer and in her free time she enjoys watching reality tv with her husband and 3 kitties! About 305 fitness: 305 Fitness is a 45 minute non-stop dance party! 305 exists to make fitness more inclusive, empowering, and FUN! Movement is more than calorie counting or being the "best" in the room. 305 Fitness is about self-love and self-expression. We start with a short warm up, followed by a choreography section, but don't worry, no experience is needed! We will then go to a toning section, a quick cardio sprint and then end with our all out hip hop section! You will leave dripping with sweat and confidence!
