Every year the Pilates community around the globe comes together on the first Saturday in May to celebrate Joseph Pilates and the method he created. This year, we’ll be celebrating with a free mat Pilates class for the community at the lovely William H. Kerdyk Jr. and Family Park located near Club Pilates South Miami! We’ll enjoy a mat class in the fresh air followed by ice cream from Cloud & Joy Ice Cream.
