They all belong to the family of nutritous and delicous cruciferous veggies that are seasonal cool weather veggies that currently grow this time of year in Oklahoma. We may have a special appearance and sampling of a kohlrabi slaw. Come sample and learn the best methods to maintain their nutrient density, textures and flavors.
