He was educated through Norfolk Public Schools, graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Regent University. Jeff is a teacher of the gospel and motivational speaker. He served as Youth Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia, before launching Transformation Church in 2017. Into the third year of pastoring, through the leading of the Holy Spirit, Pastors Jeff and Wendy submitted themselves and the church to the oversight of their spiritual parents, Drs. Matthew and Kamilah Stevenson. As a result, Transformation Church became All Nations Worship Assembly – VA, and through this global family, many find family, discover purpose and change the world.
