Yes, you can finish a painting you will be proud of in three hours. Our students are surprised how much they love their finished projects. $49 All supplies are included for this fun class. Beginner to advanced students welcome. Learn basic acrylic techniques while creating your own impressionistic work on a 16 by 20 inch canvas. An experienced art teacher, spacious studio, and limited class size help to provide a creative and supportive environment to explore your own artistic style. The techniques explored include, mixing the colors of nature, creating an interesting composition with depth and perspective in the landscape, creating a beautiful sky with billowy clouds above a grassy field, understanding how to create a focal point in your painting and especially relaxing and having some fun. No drawing or other art experience is necessary. Stress free! Your teacher, Katie is a Grumbacher certified instructor. Savory and sweet eats, coffee, tea and water will be served. We are a substance-free campus. The studio is located in the lower level of the Sanctuary Church and is not wheelchair accessible. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. "Loved the class!
