Celebrating the Gold Standard in Leadership Please join the Leadership UA Board and alumni for our first in-person fundraising celebration in more than two years. On Thursday, May 12, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Amelita Mirolo Barn, we’ll gather to recognize the most recent LUA graduates and honor the amazing Margie Pizzuti and Kip Greenhill for their tireless efforts to better our city and schools. Kip will receive our Distinguished Alumni Award, and Margie will receive the Exceptional Leadership Award. The program starts at 6 p.m. The event will include wine and beer service and a delicious hors d’oeuvres selection. This event is our primary source of fundraising. Proceeds help us keep our program fees (for adults and students) as affordable as possible. An investment in LUA is an investment in our community — our graduates often rise to essential leadership roles in Upper Arlington, including three of the seven current members of City Council. After two years of events postponed by COVID, we hope you’ll be a part of this long-overdue event.
