An officially sanctioned New Orleans Wine and Food Experience Wine Dinner with fine wines provided by Orin Swift Cellars. Fine wines, a menu devised by French chef Virgile Brandel whose years of experience in France, Asia and Florida have left an imprint reflected in his culinary arts. This dinner will include the winery's "Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc", its Mannequin Chardonnay and the rich Palermo Cabernet Sauvignon paired with the chefs creations. Orin Swift Cellars has provided a very nice selection of wines for the tasting at this event. Tables of five or six are also available. Please note there is no stage. Seating will be banquet style. Supply chain issues are affecting our selection of pairings. The Menu noted below is the menu for the evening, and will be paired with fine Orin Swift wines.
