Reiki Level 1 Certification Class The only pre-requisite for First Degree Reiki is to be open to receive this amazing gift! Reiki First Degree is a healing modality (using hands on or hands off) channeling universal life force energy to effect change on all levels.. physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Reiki balances and harmonizes the body, mind and spirit. You will receive Four separate First Degree Attunements, which allow the Reiki energy to flow through you. These attunements last a lifetime. During this class you will also: Be instructed on the history of Reiki, Be instructed on the Reiki precepts, Be given step by step instructions on hand positions for both table and chair protocol, Be introduced to the chakra system, meridians, and the aura. Plenty of practice time is provided. Which in turn allows for you to receive Reiki as well as give! A comprehensive manual and certificate of completion is provided. Upon completion of this class you will have the ability to provide reiki to yourself and others. Reiki energy work is beneficial to everyone!
