At Hotel Covington When? from 5pm to 7pm Sponsored by New Riff Distilling, our Culinary Specialist, Karen Puttmann, will lead you through an educational experience that teaches you how to craft home-made syrups, use a variety of bar tools, cut intricate garnishes, and build hand-crafted cocktails for ease of enjoyment at home. Your ticket purchase includes taking home a cocktail book, New Riff branded barware, and your homemade syrup so you'll be ready to use what you learned at home.
