Garvies Point Craft Brewery and Root to Rise by Lindsey Steinberg present Yoga at The Brewery! On Saturday, May 14th, for the last time at this location, Lindsey Steinberg of Root to Rise will be leading her signature vinyasa yoga flow. Participants will be fully guided through a 60-minute high-energy class for all levels. Following class, participants will enjoy a complimentary pour of Garvies Point Craft Brewery beer in our tasting room. We ask that you please bring your own mat, and any props you may include in your practice. Class will be held from 10:45 - 11:45 am. Due to limited space, please be sure to pre-register and arrive 15 minutes early to set up (class will begin promptly at 10:45). We can’t wait to see you there!
