Dog nanny / house sitting - for long term. Experienced w dogs

We have two dogs and two cats. Need part time employee to be available often when we leave town. Would be staying at the house for extended weekends and 1- 2 week trips. One of our dogs is a bit challenging - can be a little too protective and cannot go on regular trails. Would need experienced / confident dog person. Looking flexibility and for very long term relationship. Alternatively dogs could stay at your house if the right situation. Extra misc duties for extra pay.
