Toddler pushbike/runner/no pedal bike

Did you lose a toddler-Pushbike/ no pedal bike off your vehicle near Waypoint park, "Waterfront Pump Track"? When leaving the area, the bike was in the middle of my lane. It looked as if it came from a vehicle leaving the area and did not return to pick it up. I tried to follow what looked like the last vehicle in front of me to return the bike but I couldn't catch up to the vehicle to try to return the bike. If you reply and describe the color, make and model, I can return it to the rightful owner.
