Join us as we explore Red Line Parkway and use it to tour several taco stands Downtown. Red Line Parkway Initiative invites you to a 1½-mile walking Taco Tour! Meet at Crestview MetroRail Station and ride the MetroRail Red Line down to the Downtown Station. (Or please feel free to join us along the way as MetroRail stops at Highland, MLK Jr., Plaza Saltillo, and Downtown Stations). Once we arrive at Downtown Station, we’ll walk a half-mile to our first taco stops, Veracruz All Natural and Taco Pegaso (pick one). Next, walk along the 2nd Street District for another half-mile to Republic Square. From there you can choose between Torchy's Tacos or OneTaco Taquería food truck. Then walk just 4 blocks away via 4th Street to the final taco stops, Tacodeli or Velvet Taco (pick one). Return to Downtown Station for a total walk of 1½ miles and ride MetroRail back to Crestview Station or your desired stop along the Red Line. All ages are welcome to this family-friendly walking tour. This event is free, though the tacos and train fare are not included. Reúnase en la estación Crestview MetroRail y tome la línea roja de MetroRail hasta la estación Downtown.
