This evening event is a fun, safe way to shop and to enjoy downtown while exploring and sampling wines, beer, ciders, and foods. The Downtown Monroe First Thursday Wine Walk is hosted by Main Street Monroe, Inc and sponsored by Minhas Winery in partnership with the Bank of New Glarus. Attendee registration includes entry into the event, commemorative glass, drink samples, food pairings, gift bag, and shopping specials at a variety of stops.  Event Date/Times: Thursday, June 2nd 2022 2pm – 6pm Registration at Buehler Interiors Early Bird Tickets 4-8pm wine walk General Admission Tickets 5pm – 8pm wine walk ALL participants must start at Buehler Interiors 1900 12th Street Tickets: General Admission - $30 per person Early Bird Tickets -$40 per person - This includes deluxe gift bag, Starting early! (4pm vs. 5pm for general admission) and ending your evening at Minhas Kitchen with a free specialty cocktail. Designated Driver - $10 per person The First Thursday Wine Walk is designed to allow a variety of patrons to explore locally owned and unique businesses, sample regional, American, and international wines, plus beer and cider during a fun, safe returning favorite event. You enjoy downtown at your own pace! Stores will have (varying) capacities, foods will be individually wrapped and served, drink samples will be in disposable cups. Check-in hours have been expanded and multiple exits are available to limit coming in contact with others. Total number of tickets are limited and reduced total amount from previous wine walks. Limit four per purchaser. Designated driver tickets are available and may be purchased by calling 608.328.4023. Tickets are non-refundable HOW IT WORKS: Each participating store will have two (2) samples available to choose from. To start the Walk, each ticket holder must stop at Buehler Interiors (1900 12th Street) between 2pm and 6pm on the day of the event to show their ID (proof of legal drinking age) and to pick up their wristband, commemorative glass, and list of participating businesses. You may NOT pick up wristbands for other people. Wristbands will be secured at check in. A comprehensive brochure will be given out at check-in, identifying participating stores and identifying wines/beer/cider available to sample. Must be 21+. Must provide proof of legal age at wristband check in. No wine/beverages will be served prior to 5 p.m. TIPS: Bring your ID. Have fun!
