Self-defense seminar specifically designed for women of all ages. Course covers -Threat Awareness -Kick Boxing -Krav Maga -Jiu Jitsu Please join us at Premier Martial Arts over at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center for a free women's self defense seminar. Please come and join us on 5/14/22 at 12pm. We will be hosting a introductory seminar to self defense. Please arrive by 11:30AM Dress in athletic clothing, and bring a towel and water.
