A celebration of who we are by recognizing our own beauty, bringing that sweetness and healing within ourselves to be and feel connected. This will be a very special event to connect with other mamas and celebrate ourselves in a magical and sacred space to feel and see the best within ourselves as a group/tribe and individually. We will do some; meditation, body movement, sound therapy, and exercises to connect more to our true essence and the beauty within ourselves. The intention is to honor ourselves for who we fully are, what we do, what we give, and how we serve the world through being a mama in soul and spirit every day of our lives. This will be a whole session of pure celebration.
