Saluti! We raise a glass - and a fork - to il papà del vino, Italia. A tasting featuring Italian wine & food. Gnam gnam! Ciao! Ever hear that it takes 10,000 hours of doing a thing to become an expert at it? Wellllll if you've ever delighted in Italian wine the way we have (we're likely experts - at least collectively - in drinking this stuff), you can tell that these folks have been making wine for a long while. Over 4,000 years! They've really honed their craft. And Italy produces more wine than any other country, even France. Italian wines are hip right now - though for many of us, they've never gone out of style. Want to find out why? Join us May 4th! We're offering here the opportunity to try six outstanding hand-selected Italian wines to help illustrate just a tiny bit of what this country has to offer: - a white 100% Gargagnega, the main Soave grape - two Cab-dominant Tuscans - a pair of thrilling Sangiovese - one of which is 14 years old(!). The other's a Brunello *drool emoji* - an ultra-ripe, top-rated Amarone - Vinous's top Rizzardi Amarone ever!! PLUS each ticket includes a sampling of locally-sourced Italian foods. Get tickets soon - attendance is limited. Ticket prices increase on the day of the event (though we'll prob sell out before then). Ci vediamo lì! ABOUT YOUR TICKET A single ticket is good for ONE wine tasting and food sampling. A date night ticket is good for TWO wine tastings and food samplings but only one wine tasting per person! So if your date bails, you can have their food but not their drink. We'll offer sympathy but no refunds here. No repours. We will not be selling by the glass at this event. No other wines will be available to taste. 21+ only.
