The Rooted Womban presents: a sacred, safe space to tap in to our feminine, connect with each other and heal our feminine center Welcome to the Womb Wellness Portal, where you will be guided through this sacred healing experience Here, we will tap in to our womb, awaken her and release stagnant energy through intentional movement, breath, meditation and dance! This community we are building is a safe space to share, listen, and heal. Our goal is to connect deeper with each other, with ourselves and more specifically, our wombs - where life and creativity are birthed! You may have experienced pains in life that have been sitting in the pit of your womb. Traumas and unprocessed emotions are stored here until we are ready to process them. This is the time and here is the place to tap in to this sacred space, awaken the womb and start truly living in your highest. You are here for a reason, with a purpose and are fully supported on this journey to intentional living with special attention to your womb space. I commit to honoring you on your specific journey and am here to guide and support you no matter where you are in this beautiful self discovery. (Outside of this event, I offer guided meditations, reiki healing, yoni steaming, energy clearing and 1:1 coaching as support to you in awakening your womb and living in your highest, healed potential.)
