Private tennis club in Southern Marin is looking for Janitor/House & Grounds Staff. The ideal candidate will have previous custodial or similar experience, a positive attitude, be reliable, puntual, friendly, work well with others, and be able to take direction and training from the Maintenance Director. Responsibilities: - Clean/replenish supplies in bathrooms, locker rooms. Clean clubhouse area, pool deck, tennis decks and courts - Remove or replace pool and hot tub cover - Help set-up/take down for special events: tables, chairs, furniture, props and decorations - Work independently while able to complete assigned duties in a timely manner - Mulit-task in all areas, keeping Club maintained and clean: clubhouse, pool deck/grass area, tennis courts/decks, offices - Laundry to include pool towels: wash, dry, fold - Help in all areas by request or direction of management * serious applicants only need apply
