Description

The Monterey Herald has an immediate opening for a part-time (22 hours per week) warehouse driver. Tasks include counting, stacking and bundling multiple publications for carrier delivery and dropping bundles of newspapers to a Salinas distribution point. Valid CA drivers license and clean dmv are required. This position requires standing and working on a cement floor, the ability to bend, lift, stretch and lift newspaper bundles weighing up to 25 pounds, and skills driving a cargo van. Shifts begin at 11:30 pm, Wednesday through Sunday nights. Wage is $15 per hour.
