MERIDEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old child. Lorayna Crespo has been missing since Monday. She is 2'00" tall and weighs 40 lbs. Police said they believe she is with her parents, Rauel and Lisa Crespo, who are possibly driving a 2013 gray Honda Civic with license plate number AC97869.
