GREENWICH, CT — Mike's Organic, a Stamford-based farm-to-home delivery service company, announced last summer that it will open up a retail space at 600 E. Putnam Ave. in Cos Cob this year. On Saturday, the community can get a sneak peak of what's to come from Mike's Organic at an outdoor pop-up market, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the future home of Mike's Organic. Sourcing directly from 250 small, local farmers and artisans, Mike's Organic offers the highest-quality organic groceries spanning local produce, pastured meats and eggs, grass-fed dairy, wild fish, organic pantry selections, baked goods and more.
