Join us at ELEVATE ; a celebration recognizing the importance of parks in keeping communities active, healthy, educated and connected The City of Fort Lauderdale Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with LO/OP FIT and partner FLIPANY, invites our community and community partners to join us for the inaugural ELEVATE Family Health & Wellness Day on Sunday, June 12, at Las Olas Oceanside Park. Coinciding with the annual National Recreation & Parks Association Family Health & Fitness Day, ELEVATE aims to promote the importance parks play in keeping communities active, healthy and connected. The event and activities will focus on Five Pillars of Health: Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Financial and a Sustainable Lifestyle.
