Enjoy a light breakfast and learn about legacy giving and planned giving from fundraiser and estate planning attorney Scott Lynett.
Giving through estate planning can help families and business owners leave a legacy that reflects who they are and what they care about. It's an important topic in modern fundraising—if your organization offers the community a specific service or champions a certain cause, there may be an estate that'd support your efforts.
Scott Lynett has over 25 years of experience as a fundraiser, business owner and attorney. He's a trusted estate planning attorney with experience fundraising in northeastern Pennsylvania, and he leads a boutique law firm that specializes in legacy planning. During AFP NEPA Chapter's June 8 event, Scott will speak on the topic.
As a community leader, Scott is Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce board chair and a trustee of Scranton Preparatory School. He also owns PDQ Print & Fulfillment, located in Taylor, Pennsylvania.
Scott earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Villanova University.
Join AFP NEPA Chapter and Scott Lynett Wednesday, June 8, at Hampton Inn Scranton at Montage Mountain, 22 Montage Mountain Road, Scranton, PA 18507. At 8:30 a.m., a light breakfast will be served. At 9 a.m., Scott's talk begins.
