EDGEWOOD, MD — A two-alarm fire broke out in Edgewood Friday afternoon in a row of townhouses, according to officials.
Crews were still at the scene in the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported at 4:30 p.m.
Fire was through the roof of one townhouse, then the flames spread to others in the area, according to authorities, who said the blaze triggered a second alarm, or call for additional personnel.
