hot water hose leak?

37th street West near 7th ave, Bradenton FL

Just discovered a tiny leak sending hot water outside of the house...pinhole leak that is warm the wall is in the bathroom where the water heater is located...no water on the floor, assuming the leak is 12 feet away where the hose runs? If this is something you can do, please give me an estimate, if possible House is located at 37th street W and Manatee in Bradenton... thanks...either text or give a call
