Press release from Mark Ericson:
April 29, 2022
With the cold of winter in the rear-view mirror the all-volunteer Exeter Holiday Parade Committee is looking ahead to this year's holiday season with a first-ever Craft Fair to benefit the Exeter Holiday Parade.
The Craft Fair takes place on Saturday, May 7th in the historic Exeter Town Hall building by the bandstand in downtown Exeter. It is the first of two scheduled fundraisers and an opportunity for crafters and artisans of all skill levels to display their wares on Mother's Day weekend. The reasonable vendor fees will help fund the 2022 Exeter Holiday Parade and parade volunteers will be on-hand to assist vendors with load-in/out.
The Craft Fair runs from 9am to 3pm on the Saturday before Mother's Day and is free to the public. Bring mom and let her choose her own gift! Craft Fair patrons will also have the opportunity to suggest a theme for the 2022 Exeter Holiday Parade tentatively scheduled for December 3rd.
Vendors are invited to register on Eventbrite, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/e... holiday-parade-craft-fair-tickets-311812980017?aff=ebdssbdestsearch.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the volunteers at [email protected].
Those wishing to attend this free Craft Fair should mark their calendars for Saturday, May 7th from 9am to 3pm and be sure to invite mom.
Fans of the annual Holiday Parade are invited to join the nearly 2000 followers of the Exeter Holiday Parade Facebook page for the latest information about this year's event. The Exeter Holiday Parade is a more than 60-year tradition and anyone interested in sponsorship or donations can reach out to the committee at [email protected].
