Press release from the City of Wilkes-Barre: April 27, 2022 Huey's Amusements will have nine family-friendly rides in the Kirby Park parking lot. Tickets are $1.50 each, $15 for 12 tickets, and $25 for 24 tickets. There will be a $20 all day wristband on Sunday. Live entertainment at the Martz Pavilion on Saturday, April 30thwill be Vine Street from 12-3 PM and A Proud Monkey from 4-7 PM. On Sunday, May 1st Angry Young Band: The Billy Joel Tribute will perform from 3-6 PM. Festival attendees are reminded the Alcoholic Beverages are NOT permitted in the city parks and pets are not allowed during City Sponsored Events.
