Under the direction of the Operations Director, our Shuttle Drivers work overnight delivering set of trailers from our Oxnard warehouse to Santa Barbara and back to Oxnard. Primary responsibilities: -Load and unload truck at pick up and drop locations, either individually or with assistance of warehouse employees or with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment -Applies knowledge of commercial driving and sills in maneuvering vehicles at varying speeds -Possesses knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance -Inspects truck for defects and safe operating condition before and after trips -Operates diesel-powered yard spotting tractor as needed -Must possess a valid CA Commercial Driver's license, Class A and have a driving record that meets Company established guidelines -Must possess CA doubles endorsement -Comply with federal and state safety regulations and with Company safety policies and procedures -Compiles with the rules and regulations set forth by the CA Alcohol and Beverage Control Board Basic Qualifications: -Must possess a valid CA CDL Class A Driver's license and have a driving record that meets Company established guidelines -Able to lift, load, push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly and on occasional 170-pound keg -Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check -Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities Compensation & Benefits -Alternate work week schedule, 4 days/week, 10 hours/day (M-TH) -Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage.  Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care reimbursement. -401k Plan with generous Company match Start your career with us!
